Sunset Cottage

Sunset Cottage – so named for the outstanding sunsets which can be observed from its high vantage site overlooking Orongo Bay, just 4 minutes drive to historic Russell Village. The Cottage has extensive views from its sunny location, out across the sheltered Bay to Waitangi in the distant west and native bush areas to the north east.

The Cottage is a modern, ‘stand alone’ weatherboard dwelling ‘built for two’. It is self-contained with kitchen facilities, separate double bedroom with en-suite featuring shower,toilet,vanity, heat lamps, & heated towel rail. Lounge/kitchen area provides fridge, microwave, mini-oven, double hotplate, electric frypan, cutlery, crockery, tv, dvd, wood fire for cosy winter evenings (firewood provided). Deck area has outdoor furniture & gas bbq. A patio with loungers completes the picture.
